You’re eating “health food” that is actually making you store fat; I’m sorry to be the one to tell you this, but happy to empower you with the right information.
Within the next 4 minutes, I intend to prove to you that a few minor ‘tweaks’ in your diet can completely reverse the state of your health and put you on a path to fat loss
-- almost instantly. It’s estimated that we now eat over 7x more of this one food than our ancestors did -- the very same food that causes inflammation -- which creates
fat deposits in our bodies.
Eliminate this food, and a few others, from your diet, and you’ll watch inflammation decrease. The ‘fat tire’ lower-belly-bulge begins to
melt away in just a few days, the love handle jiggles begin to disappear about a day or two later, and weird things happen -- like rings falling off your once-fat fingers -- by
day 7 or 8. At least that’s been the experience for so many of my other clients I offered these humble suggestions to...
But, before I get to that, please allow me to better introduce myself. My name is Dr. Kareem Samhouri, and I have no business offering you nutritional advice in a paid way,
so I’m giving it to you -- right here -- and for free. With that said, here’s a bit more about me:

Follow These 3 Steps To Get Rid Of Foods That Trick Your Body
Into Storing Fat, Inflaming Your Joints, & Killing Your Energy Level
-- All While You ‘Think’ You’re Eating Healthy.
Step 1:
Seek -- Create a list of all foods in your house.
Label them as follows, for ease of thought process:
- Carbs: Breads, vegetables, fruits, almost all snacks, crackers, rice, most soups, etc.
- Proteins: Meats, beans, tofu, etc.
- Fats: Nuts, butters, fake butters, oils, avocados, etc.
Step 2:
Find -- Find hidden sources of corn, gluten, or estrogen.
These ingredients seem to be hidden in everything. Let’s take a closer look at some of the tricky names for them that could pass you-by without even noticing:
Corn:
- High Fructose Corn Syrup (i.e. ketchup -- I know, horrifying.)
- Corn oil (in some types of vegetable oil)
- Corn starch (pretty much every baked good!)
* NOTE: Avoiding processed foods, store bought snacks, some types of bread, and loads of ketchup. This will do a lot.
Gluten:
- Flour (breads, muffins, pastas, sauces, etc.)
- Wheat/wheat flour (gluten, by definition -- same as above)
- Barley (may contain inflammatory properties for people with severe gluten sensitivity)
- “Flavoring” such as caramel flavoring (usually contains gluten)
* NOTE: Foods with gluten are most often found in the ‘carbs’ category above, but they can be hidden in pre-made meat or
bean dishes if store bought. Also, tons of sauces, soups, and dressings contain gluten.
Estrogen :
- Soy/Soybean oil (controversial whether or not this is harmful for you, but many believe it to have large amounts of phytoestrogens, which are believed to create hormonal imbalance.)
- Non-organic foods &/or foods with herbicides & pesticides on them (may contain xenoestrogens, which again are thought to elevate estrogen levels in both genders)
NOTE: Buying organic foods and washing them thoroughly is a big part of avoiding estrogens delivered through your diet.
Step 3:
Destroy -- Stop eating these foods by thinking of their replacements, now.
To get you started, think about eating more veggies (raw and cooked,) in place of most of your carbs that contain corn or gluten; in the process, you”ll naturally eliminate most of the sugar and excess carbohydrates you”re consuming. Find the healthiest version of meats and other protein sources by considering first the overall estrogen consumption in your diet, as well as inflammatory properties of the meat itself. Find a balance that works for you and your belief system surrounding eating meat or avoiding it.

With respect:
- If you’re looking for a quick fix and you’re not willing to sustain the above recommendations for 2 weeks -- while you form a habit -- then you could be hurting yourself. Weight fluctuation can be more dangerous than carrying extra weight, so make sure you can commit for at least 2 weeks before you implement these changes.
- There is a zero tolerance policy when the goal is to kill inflammation. Small doses of the ‘wrong’ foods keeps your body inflamed, and it makes it nearly impossible to lose weight.
- I gave you this information because it’s time you begin living in a healthier way. Food is fuel, and exercise is fire. You have to understand the link between the two, or you’ll continue to struggle with weight loss.
I’m going to test you. If you follow my recommendations for the next 2 weeks, you’re going to see unbelievable results. With that said, this is not meant to be easy; it’s meant to require a lot of self-control for a short period of time, and provide you with BIG results.
